Yesterday I:
meditated
went for a run in the park
watched a hawk eat a pigeon
cleaned the apartment
attended a storytelling competition (themoth.org)
spent time with friends over nachos
did not drink or smoke (even though I was at a bar)
slept 8.5 hours
and did all of these things with someone I love.
It was a perfect day.
